A couple of weeks ago, a customer emailed about a broken page in our website. They were
asking about fixing the survey and contact information page. We did all that and now customers
can submit a form about their inquiries and suggestions through those forms. We appreciate
very much if you can inform us about website problem you may experience during your visit.
Please let us know as soon as possible inorder for a quick resolution of the problem.
We have added new Leela items up to 804, you can check them out at the product page or search
it by item. We have also enhanced the product page where you can view the items by price.

It has been a while since we did something to the website. There are a couple of enhancements
that we made inorder for ease and convinience to ordering. We have included a sort order at
product page, you can now sort by price or by name the items we have for sale. We shall expand
this to clearance items really soon.
We have added new Leela items up to L-799, you can check them out at the product page or search
it by item.

As most customer requested this, we have partially updated the order information and checkout to
have the description show along side the item(s) ordered. Soon, we will also include the pictures
of the particular item. Some bug fixes have been addressed and fixed. Please stay in touch for more
fixes and updates for this site.

It has been a long time since news and updates were logged in here. Although we have updated numerous times
the website from bug fixes to adding new pages. Speaking of new pages, the website has now page for catalogs
that is distributed to customers, you can find it here.
You need to login in order to view the catalogs. To customers who hasn't filled out their information for online
ordering, please do so it'll help the orders and transaction to run smoothly. Thank you.

We have added a new page for our sale jewelry. You can view them by clicking the button by the
menu in the left side of the main page. If you are a sales representative or a wholesaler, you may
need to login to view the wholesale prices. We will add more sale jewelry as we check our inventory
in stock.

The website is back for editing and updates. It's been a while since the website has been updated,
and now it's back. You may see some cosmetic changes here and there and soon there will be more features
that will be added to it. Especially the features of wanting our web site to be more refined and user
friendly. We will also tackle some incompatibilities with the browsers. We have issues with Apple's Safari
browser and we are taking measures to fix this as soon as we can. We apologize for it. As before please

A lot of customers are having a hard time going to the last page of the catalog for the new items.
We have now fixed that issue, we have added a first and last button to navigate to the last page of the
catalog and also back to first page. This will make it easier to find the newest item added. Regarding
finding a particular item. You can also search for the item in the search page. You can also add the
item to your shopping cart if you would like to. At the present it does not have the feature of first and
last page navigation. This will be added in the near future.

The Catalog shopping cart is functional for orders, please check it out. Processing is available to be
printed and fax (later on emailing the order will be added as a feature) to Tidepool. For wholesalers
and reps whose information is not fully entered, please update it in order to check out properly. If you
have any questions just send us an email we will be more than happy to assist you with regards to these inquiries.

We have modified the catalog page for the wholesalers and reps to login in order to view the items for
the customers. Login and password can only be obtain by calling 1-800-748-5790 or through tidepool@tidepoolonline.com
email address. This is for Wholesalers and Reps only. We will be putting up retail items including all the
sales and discounts. Although there is a shopping cart feature in the catalog page that is still under development.

All items are uploaded in the database, pictures and information. New designs will be entered as soon as
the items are available. A search page has been created also so viewers have the option to search the item
they would like to see, rather than scrolling through the pages of the items. Searching can be the description
of the item or just the item code.

Almost all of the items are uploaded except for the pictures. Up to L-584 items have been uploaded and up
to L-399 pictures have been inserted in the server. Items beyond L-584 will be uploaded as soon as the
item descriptions are provided to our special list. As well as the pictures that will be taken as soon
as the physical inventory arrives this coming week. News page was also updated to show newest news on
top instead of the last entry first.

Regarding page updated, added the description for Tagua Nuts and Dichroic Glass Art. A few items were
also uploaded up to item no. L-300. No pictures yet but will be uploaded soon. And for the first time,
I have migrated the first page to an ASP.Net. Check out the greetings. Listing of item in catalog page
is now two per line.

New pages have been added for News and Events and Contact Us. Updates were also made for the front/home
page and the three displayed pictures have been darkened per request by a viewer. Catalog page has been
updated also but still under construction.
